Every cruise out of Baltimore is "all inclusive" to an extent. They all include your stateroom, entertainment and standard dining options. That's a lot. But some things are an additional charge. Read on for the details.
What is an all inclusive cruise? It's a cruise that includes accommodations, meals, specialty restaurants, entertainment, excursions, soft drinks, coffee, alcoholic drinks and gratuities. Only a few luxury lines include all of this in the price of your fare.
Carnival Cruises from Baltimore include your accommodations (stateroom or suite), live entertainment (stage shows, comedy shows, music), Seaside Theater, fitness center, waterslides, whirlpools, pools, Seuss at Sea, and youth programs (for ages 2 to 17).
Dining options that are included: the Main Dining Room (excluding "Steakhouse Selections" items), Lido Buffet, BlueIguana Cantina, Guy's Burger Joint, the Taste Bar, Carnival Deli, Seaday Brunch, Swirls ice cream, and 24-hour room service (excluding specialty items).
Dining options that are an additional fee: Steakhouse, Bonsai Sushi, Chef's Table, Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast, and Coffee Bar.
Other things that are not included: alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, gift shop purchases, spa treatments, salon services, casino gambling, Internet access, fitness classes, video arcade, photographs, ship-to-shore phone calls, medical services, laundry services, gratuities, and shore excursions.
Royal Caribbean cruises from Baltimore include onboard accommodations, most meals onboard, most entertainment onboard, whirlpools, pools, fitness center, and Adventure Ocean Youth Program (ages 3 to 11).
Dining options that are included: Main Dining Room, Windjammer Buffet, and Park Cafe.
Dining options that are not included: Chops Grille, Izumi Japanese, Giovanni's, Chef's Table, Cafe Latte-tudes, and Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

American Cruise Line cruises from Baltimore are on small ships but a lot is included.
American includes spacious staterooms, meals in a dining room large enough to serve all passengers at the same seating, snacks, cocktail parties, and musical entertainment. Shore excursions and service charges are not included.
